Service Agreement
Greencarpet Landscapers provides professional landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, garden design, irrigation installation, and tree care. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality work that meets your landscaping needs.
Scope of Services
- Landscape Design and Planning
- Installation of Plants and Hardscapes
- Lawn and Garden Maintenance
- Irrigation Systems Installation and Maintenance
- Tree and Shrub Care
Any additional services not listed above will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due as follows:
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the service agreement.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
Refunds for services rendered are not available. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss possible resolutions.
Liability and Responsibilities
Greencarpet Landscapers strives to perform all services with the highest level of professionalism. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure that the property is accessible and ready for service. Any obstructions or conditions that hinder our work may result in delays or additional charges.
- Property Damage: While we take precautions to protect your property, any accidental damage will be addressed promptly and repaired at our expense.
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials provided by Greencarpet Landscapers are the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal purposes only. Any commercial use requires explicit written permission.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
- Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide our services, including contact details and property information.
- Data Usage: Your information is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes.

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- Material breach of the agreement terms.
- Failure to make timely payments.
- Mutual agreement to terminate the services.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
Force Majeure
Greencarpet Landscapers is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greencarpet Landscapers operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Greencarpet Landscapers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through the contact information provided.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Greencarpet Landscapers and the client. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations related to the services provided.
